Bryanna Vanderlek

Bryanna Vanderlek is a performing vocalist, music teacher and multidisciplinary artist. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Ottawa and is currently completing a Masters of Opera Performance from the University of British Columbia.
Bryanna offers online lessons to her Ottawa students.
Her pedagogical philosophy places a heavy emphasis on student exploration and enjoyment while also incorporating aspects of mindful breathing techniques which are extremely effective in solidifying techniques and deepening one's understanding of musical information.
Her goal as a teacher is to create a super fun and safe environment to learn and make music together and I hope to inspire a love of music and a passion for performing in my students.
Music is not just something Bryanna studies, it is rooted in the very being of all of us and it is so wonderful to help foster these creative discoveries in others.
